All APG Triten products distributed by Kubes Alloy Products are manufactured in the United States.  Alloys are applied using an open arc process on a rolled cylinder over a mandrel, ensuring the most consistent weld penetration, minimal dilution and purest overlay matrix.  Controlled cooling and dimensional consistency protect the backer materials from deformation and loss of ductility.  Triten forms and performs better.

T200x – The Workhorse

The T200X overlay alloy has been developed for applications requiring high resistance against wear by abrasion combined with moderate impact.

Triten T200X has established itself as the world’s leading general purpose wear resistant alloy, meeting a wide variety of requirements in a large number of applications and industry segments.

T211X – High Speed

The T211X overlay alloy has been developed for applications requiring high resistance against wear by high and low stress abrasion, as well as erosion combined with moderate to low impact.

T223X – High Heat

The T223X overlay alloy has been developed for applications requiring resistance to extreme abrasion, at temperatures requiring resistance to extreme abrasion, at temperatures up to 755°C (1,400°F), combined with moderate to low impact.

T237X – Extra Tough

The T237X overlay alloy has been developed for applications requiring improved abrasion resistance compared with T211X, with an impact resistance between T211X and T223X.

A514 – T1

A514 – T1 steels are used where a weldable, machinable very high strength steel is required to save weight or meet ultimate strength requirements.  It is normally used as a structural steel in building construction or large machines supporting high loads.  Abrasive resistance is only marginally better than mild steel.

AR-QT 360-500

AR-QT 360 through 500 are quenched and tempered hardened wear resistant grades of abrasion resistant steel plate used for high impact and moderate abrasion. Plates have a minimum Brinell of 360 through near 500 depending on the grade.  The higher the Brinell the greater the wear resistance and lesser the impact resistance and formability.
